The unit has interfaces that are adapted to individual phases e.g. planning phase, engineering phase, starting operation, operating phase and removing phase, of a life cycle. The interfaces are characterized by characteristics factors of energy-technical objects. The factors include amount and duration of power rating of energy and energy contents and energy need during objects supply. The objects provide information during operation, where the information includes energy-technical condition e.g. full load, partial load and standby, with and without interruption of supply of the objects.
