[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the bicycle (210), a front wheel (2) is rotatably supported at the lower end of a front fork (23), a crankshaft (17) is rotatably supported at the lower end of a seat post (16), cranks (12) are secured to the crankshaft (17), and a large gear (4) is secured to the crankshaft (17). Further, a bent lower pipe (9) is secured at its rear end to the lower end of the seat post (16) and at its front end to the lower part of a head pipe (8), a drive wheel (1) is rotatably supported at substantially the center of the lower pipe (9), a small gear (5) is secured to the drive wheel (1), a chain (6) is wrapped around the small gear (5) and the large gear (4), and a delivery and collection box (25) with wheels (3, 3, ...) is connected at its front end to a connection section (22) provided near the rear end of the lower pipe (9).
