PURPOSE: A movable form installation and dismantlement apparatus for a steel box bridge is provided to facilitate the installation and dismantlement of the form panel, reduce construction time and construction costs, and increase working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A movable form installation and dismantlement apparatus for a steel box bridge comprises a body frame(10), a wheel(20), a workbench(30), a first form dismantling tool, a second form dismantling tool(50), a first form unit(60), and a second form unit(70). The body frame comprises a parallel horizontal beam(11) and a downstream vertical beam. The wheel is installed on the lower end of the parallel horizontal beam of the body frame. The wheel travels on the central part of a bridge deck slab(7) placed on the top of a steel box(5). The workbench is connected to a horizontal support(15) of a body frame. The first form dismantling tool is installed inside the horizontal support of the body frame. The second form dismantling tool is installed outside the horizontal support of the body frame. The first form unit is coupled with the first form dismantling tool. The second form unit is coupled with the second form dismantling tool. |
