EXTENSION FOOTPATH FOR A BRIDGE

PURPOSE: An extension footpath for a bridge is provided to reduce construction costs and time by easily installing the foot path without damage. CONSTITUTION: An extension footpath for a bridge(100) comprises a fixing plate(110), a support bracket(120), an auxiliary supporter(125), a bottom member(140), and a fence(160). The fixing plate is bent to be contacted with a bridge. The support bracket is welded with the front surface of the fixing plate. The auxiliary supporter is coupled to the top surface of the bridge with the fixing plate using a fastening member(115). Square shaped steel pipes(130) are fixed to the top of the bottom member using coupling members(145). The fence protects pedestrians by being fixed to the outer end of the support bracket.
