PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for super straight type solar cells comprising a transparent conductive film formed by a wet coating method and a conductive reflection film without reducing a back reflectance, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the composite film for super straight type solar cells. SOLUTION: In a transparent conductive film 14, the entire surface of an oxide fine particle layer 14a is covered with a binder layer 14b for formation by impregnating and baking a binder dispersion by a wet coating method on a paint film of an oxide fine particle formed by coating a photoelectric layer 13 with dispersion of conductive oxide fine particles by the wet coating method. A conductive reflection film 15 is formed by coating the transparent conductive film 14 with a composition for conductive reflection films containing metal nano particles for baking by the wet coating method. In this case, an average diameter of a pore, which appears on a contact surface at the side of the photoelectric conversion layer 13 of the conductive reflection film 15, is not more than 100 nm, an average depth where the pore is positioned is not more than 100 nm, and the number density of the pore is not more than 30/μm<SP>2</SP>.
