<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scroll an object other than a plurality of objects with a small number of procedures, while fixing the display positions of the portion of the plurality of objects. <P>SOLUTION: A display means displays the objects, and a recognition means recognizes that a plurality of positions on the display means are specified.
