<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit an appropriate drive force to a drive wheel during vehicle body turning or corner traveling. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch cut time for gear change is corrected according to the roll angle of a vehicle body. A semi-clutch time calculation part 15 reads, upon detection of start of gear change operation, a roll angle from a gyro unit 121, and calculates a semi-clutch connection time in reference to a semi-clutch connection time table 16. The semi-clutch connection time table 16 is set so that the larger the roll angle is, the longer the semi-clutch time is. When gear change is performed to shift-up side, the engine output torque is reduced by ignition cut or the like.
