PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a battery which enables to shorten time for outgoing inspection. SOLUTION: At an aging treatment time of a thin battery 10 housing and sealing an electrode stack made by alternately laminating a cathode plate 101 and an anode plate 103 by arranging a separator 102 in between inside battery outer packages 106, 107 together with electrolyte solution, the thin battery 10 is pressurized in a lamination direction of the cathode plate 101 and the anode plate 103.
