PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an opening/closing machine outside a winding shaft without changing the dimensions of a protrusion of a storage portion equipped with the conventional tubular opening/closing machine with a built-in shaft. SOLUTION: This structure of the storage portion of the shutter device includes a front case plate 42, a top case plate 40, an undersurface case plate 41, and right and left lateral portions. In the structure of the storage portion of the shutter device, an installation space for the opening/closing machine is formed at a lower corner portion on the skeleton side of the storage portion by arranging the undersurface case plate 41 below a height position of the lower end of the front case plate 42. Also, the opening/closing machine 33 is arranged in the installation space so that at least part of the opening/closing machine 33 is positioned below the lower end of the front case plate 42. When the shutter is fully opened, a lower end portion of a shutter curtain 32 closes a space which is formed between lower end of the front case plate 42 and an internal-lintel 410 at the leading end of the undersurface case plate 41.
