PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can especially form a stable thin film on a bottom contact type organic transistor by a solution-coating method, and can form an organic semiconductor film having high mobility and a low threshold voltage and enabling stable operations in the atmosphere, and to provide an organic transistor using the compound.
