PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device in which a cover is hardly cracked or broken even when a highly brittle material such as glass, artificial marble, stones, earthenware, or porcelain is used for the cover. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes a casing installed on a toilet bowl and a toilet seat and a cover with hinge parts turnably mounted on the casing. The cover has a base material provided with the hinge parts, and a top plate formed of a material more brittle than a material configuring the base material and mounted on the base material so as to cover the upper part of the base material.
