PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by dispensing with fixing a pipe body for a hanging member on the backside of a retaining wall, when a scaffold is installed in the upper portion of the retaining wall for supporting ground. SOLUTION: A tubular body member axially placed on the front side and the backside is provided at the upper end of the retaining wall. The body member is provided with a threaded hole which is opened in an axially penetrating manner. A member for an anchor, which is mounted on one-end side in the axial direction of the body member, is provided with a fixing portion mounted on the body member with a mounting bolt screwed into the threaded hole from the backside of the retaining wall and a locking portion to be locked to the anchor implanted in the upper end of the retaining wall. A member for the scaffold mounted on the other-end side in the axial direction of the body member is provided, is equipped with a screw portion for being screwed into the threaded hole from the front side of the retaining wall and a hanging portion for hanging the scaffold installed on the front side of the retaining wall.
