PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball guide structure of a Pachinko machine capable of improving the taste of a game by diversifying the movements of game balls from flipping to landing in a stage. SOLUTION: This game ball guide structure of a Pachinko machine includes: a stage where game balls shot into a game area 10 flow into from a ball entry hole 35 and are rolled; a predetermined-length flipping rail 46 which is made of a steel-sheet spring material and whose one end is fixed to an outlet of the ball entry hole 35, wherein the flipping rail 46 is supported by an eccentric cam 49, with its curved into a recessed arcuate shape to be lowered towards its central part; a lifting/lowering means formed of the eccentric cam 49 which can continuously or intermittently varies the height of a free end 46c of the rail, and a motor device 48; and two receiving holes 28 and 29 where game balls x flipped out from the flipping rail 46 can pass, provided at a first stage 27 with their heights changed respectively.
