PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the identification of a processing action corresponding to an operation key just with a touch to the operation key for performing an operation input by changing a state. SOLUTION: A first detection means 504 detects an operation key which is touched, of a plurality of operation keys. A second detection means 505 detects an operation key which performed a state changing operation, of the plurality of operational keys. An information signal generation means 508, based on the results of detection by the first detection means 504, generates an information signal for giving a user an explanation of the processing corresponding to the touched operation key. A first control means 507, based on the results of the detection by the second detection means, controls a hardware module and/or a software module corresponding to the operation key that performed an operation for changing the state to a running state.
