<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deposition of chips at the inside of a gutter and to smoothly discharge the chips. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A level difference wall 31 for lowering a downstream side in a chip discharge direction is provided on a midway of length of a bottom wall 22 of the chip discharge gutter 11. A cutting fluid nozzle 42 is mounted to the level difference wall 31 such that its delivery port 82 is made facing into the gutter 11.
