CYCLONE TYPE OIL SEPARATOR

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone type oil separator suppressing the re-splashing of oil separated in a body than ever. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Since a recessed groove 60 extending in the orthogonal or approximately orthogonal direction to the inflow direction to the body part 20 of oil-mixed gas is disposed to a sidewall inner surface 22c of the body 20, the centrifuged oil entering into the groove 60 can be flowed to an oil discharge part 50 through the most direct way or through approximately the most direct way. Compared with such a case that the centrifuged oil flows down the inside of a spiral groove, the travel of the oil to the oil discharge part 50 can be shortened to suppress the re-splashing of the oil.
