PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject superposed paper with the ejecting end sides of paper in a registered state, even when the size of the paper is different. SOLUTION: This printer has a control part 50 for controlling so as to separate a second pinch roller 31 from a second driving roller 30 in a state where preceding paper P1 stays in standby in a standby position, to pass a tip part of succeeding paper P2 sent out of a main carrying passage 3 between the second driving roller 30 and the second pinch roller 31, and to eject to an ejecting part 26 by normally rotating the second driving roller 30, after superposing the preceding paper P1 and the succeeding paper P2 by carrying by sandwiching and reversely rotating the tip part side of the preceding paper P1 and the succeeding paper P2 by the second driving roller 30 and the second pinch roller 31, based on the fact that a distance up to the second driving roller 30 from a rear end part of the succeeding paper P2, becomes equal to a distance up to the second driving roller 30 from a rear end part of the preceding paper P1.
