PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper sheet conveying electronic equipment provided with a sensor module capable of determining easily a stay position of a paper sheet and capable of removing easily the paper sheet, when the paper sheet stays in an inside of a device because of generation of jamming. SOLUTION: The plurality of sensor modules is arranged in a conveying route 103 of the electronic equipment for conveying the paper sheet 104, is provided with an infrared ray emitting element 12 and a photoreception element 13, and detects passage of the paper sheet 104 by propagation of a light between the both elements. The sensor module is provided further with a visible ray emitting element 14 for indicating the sensor module with the paper sheet 104 passed in the last, by light-on thereof, when the paper sheet 104 stays in an inside of the electronic equipment, and determines the stay position of the paper sheet 104, by the light-on of the visible ray emitting element 14.
