Disclosed is an apparatus and a method for digital data transmission by using a mobile communication terminal, including the steps of converting an analog voice signal into a digital signal, the analog voices signal inputted through a microphone; inserting a watermark into the digital voice signal, the watermark including additional information, encoding the digital voice signal having a watermark inserted therein in a way determined by a communication mode, and transmitting the encoded voice signal having the watermark inserted therein. |
