<p>A fitness training aid, especially for press-ups, has a handgrip shaped to fit into the palm of the hand and a larger rotating element which is pressed onto the ground., and with a rotationally symmetric shape, e.g. spherical ort ellipsoidal. The large element can comprise a number of shaped discs independently rotating about a common axis. The user is able to remove and add discs and vary the order of the discs.
