<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system capable of efficiently controlling a flow. <P>SOLUTION: In order to control a communication flow transmitted from a communication node through a plurality of relay points to a communication destination node, a relay point forming the route (line) of the communication flow inside a network for guaranteeing a band is predetermined, an estimated maximum burst value in the route of the communication flow is calculated, the calculated estimated maximum burst value and an allowable maximum burst value in the route of the communication flow are compared, and when the estimated maximum burst value is equal to or smaller than the allowable maximum burst value, the start of the communication flow is permitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
