PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-filled cylindrical vibration control device having excellent durability and possible to be tuned effectively, while compatively satisfying a high damping characteristic and a low dynamic spring characteristic. SOLUTION: An outer cylindrical member coaxially arranged with a space on a peripheral side of a spindle member 10 has metal plate springs 40 which function as a pressure adjusting mechanism inside liquid chambers 71 and 72. The metal plate spring 40 is arranged close to a thin elastic film 50 partitioning a support part 41 and the liquid chambers 71, 72 from each other, and formed of operating portions 42 and 43 supported by a support portion 41 so as to be deformed relative to the support portion 41 with a pressure change inside each liquid chamber 71 and 72.
