PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of electrical corrosion in a wet processing process, and achieve high quality display, in an electro-optical device. SOLUTION: On a substrate (10), the electro-optical device includes: a pixel electrode (9) and first conductive layers (71, 91) including a first conductive material; a second conductive layer (92) including a second conductive material whose ionization tendency is different in comparison with the first conductive material; and a thin film transistor (500), in which a source (500a1) and a drain (500a3) are connected to the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and which relays and connects the first conductive layer with the second conductive layer by applying a voltage to a gate (500b).
