PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a floor panel, which can respond to change in thickness of a floor panel with good working efficiency. SOLUTION: A fixture 4 includes a moving body 11; a bolt 12 screwed to an upper portion of the moving body 11 so as to be vertically movable; and a hook 7 pivotally supported at a lower portion of the moving body 11 and rotated by its own weight from a raised position to a laid position along the moving body 11. A vertically extending through-hole 8 for inserting the moving body 11 and the hook 7 arranged in the raised position of the fixture 4 is formed in a floor panel 2. The moving body 11 is inserted to the through-hole 8. The floor panel 2 is pressed downward by a head part 26 located on the upper surface side of the floor panel 2 of the bolt 12 screwed to the upper portion of the moving body 11. The hook 7 arranged in the laid position and protruded sideways from the moving body 11 is engagingly locked by the lower surface of a flange 5.
