PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a pressing/feeding member standing from a feeding-in side of a food to be sliced to a feeding-out side between multiple slicing blades, and to safely take out the sliced food. SOLUTION: In a food slicer, multiple slicing blades 1, 1 forming a row in parallel are provided in two pairs of upper and lower parts, and the respective slicing blades 1, 1 of one pair are positioned between the respective slicing blades 1, 1 of the other pair, and the two pairs of the slicing blades 1, 1 are reciprocated in an opposite direction to each other. The food slicer is provided with the pressing/feeding member 17 capable of being inserted between the respective slicing blades 1, 1, standing from the feeding-in side of the food B to be sliced to the feeding-out side, and feeding out the food B to be sliced from between the respective slicing blades 1, 1. Accordingly, the food B to be sliced can be certainly and uniformly sliced well to the final stage, and slicing working accuracy is outstandingly enhanced. Further, the sliced slice pieces B', B' can be safely taken out without approaching a hand to the slicing blade. A large number of thin slice pieces B' can be obtained at once.
