PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano fiber production apparatus which can improve the quality of produced nano fibers and can improve production efficiency. SOLUTION: The nano fiber production apparatus includes; an outflow member 211 having outflow holes 216 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300 into a space, a charged electrode 221 for applying a prescribed voltage to the outflow member 211, a charging power supply 222 for giving a prescribed voltage between the outflow member 211 and the charged electrode 221, and a gas flow-forming means 203 for forming a gas flow for carrying produced nano fibers 301, wherein the charged electrode 221 is disposed on the windward of the gas flow from the outflow holes 216, and the opening ends of the outflow holes 216 are arranged so that distances between the opening ends of the outflow holes 216 and the charged electrode 221 are equal to each other.
