<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fastening structure capable of effectively restricting generation of electrical corrosion in a magnesium alloy member, in regard to fastening structure of a magnesium alloy member for fastening a magnesium alloy member to a mating member with a steel bolt. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this fastening structure 10 of a magnesium alloy member, the magnesium alloy member is fastened by interposing a magnesium or magnesium alloy washer 18, of which electrical potential is smaller than that of the magnesium alloy member 12, between the steel bolt 16 and the magnesium alloy member 12. Preferably, thickness t of the washer 18 is 2 mm or more, and the projection length d of the washer 18 from a seat part 16a of the steel bolt 16 is 3 mm or more. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
