PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arched air column used as a post of an air column tent, smoothly curved in the curve direction of an arch while having large rigidity in a right-angled direction to the curve direction to prevent the fall of a tent even when a large external force is applied. SOLUTION: Two cylindrical woven fabrics 10 formed by weaving extensible warp 8 extensible in its length direction to extend in the length direction, and weft 9 extending in a circumferential direction, are juxtaposed, and the two cylindrical woven fabrics 10 are joined to each other continuously in the length direction at a part in the circumferential direction. Airtight treatment is applied to the inner surfaces of the respective cylindrical woven fabrics 10 to form flexible double airtight cylindrical bodies 5a, 5b. Elongation restraining means 7 are provided in the length direction in symmetrical positions with respect to a surface including a joint part 6 in the respective airtight cylindrical bodies 5a, 5b.
