PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure used for fixing foundation concrete and a wooden sill to each other by an anchor bolt which has a means of preventing the wobbling of the wooden sill caused by the thinning of the sill, preventing the entry of moisture, water, decay fungi, termites or the like into the bolt insertion hole of the wooden sill, and has a means of drastically increasing durability. SOLUTION: The diameter of the bolt insertion hole 3a of the wooden sill 3 is made larger than that of the anchor bolt imbedded in the foundation concrete 1, and a caulking agent 7 is filled into the clearance t between the bolt insertion hole 3a and the anchor bolt 2.
