<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal administration positioning device appropriately disposing a transdermal administration system on an intended position on a skin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like positioning device 400 consisting of substantially two layers is used. The first layer to be stuck to a skin has a hole where a patch 300 comes into contact with the skin, and the periphery of the hole has a mark (for example: a cross) indicating the center of pharmaceutical of the patch 300. The second layer on the first layer is a transparent sheet as a whole and the portion covering the hole is also transparent, so that the skin is visible therethrough.
