<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with sleeves giving no feeling of pressure while effectively absorbing sweat in the armpit, and making sweat stain invisible from the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The garment 10 with sleeves is constituted of a trunk part 12 and a sleeve part 14, and is formed by including an armpit pad 18 in a sewn part (border) 16 of the trunk part 12 and the sleeve part 14. The armpit pad 18 is made by folding an oval or circular cloth made of cotton into two, and a curved lower end 30 of the armpit pad 18 is sewn to fix to the sewn part 16 at the same time when the trunk part 12 and the sleeve part 14 are sewn together.
