<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute optimum driving guidance in consideration of a driving tendency or a driving preference or the like of a driver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A driving support monitoring device includes: a data reading part 8 for reading out driving history information and authorization conditions, respectively unique to a driver, from a recording medium 3 held by a driver; a history memory 7 for accumulating driving operation information collected during driving as new driving operation history information when a vehicle is driven by a driver; a determination part 11 for determining a driving tendency of a driver on the basis of the driving history information and the authorization conditions respectively read out from the recording medium 3 by the data reading part 8 and the driving operation information collected during driving; a notification part 12 for notifying the driving support guidance for a driver 2 by an image or voice on the basis of the driving tendency determined by the determination part 11 during vehicle traveling by the driver; and a writing part 9 that reads out the driving operation history information during traveling by driving, which has been accumulated in the history memory 7, so as to update the information of the recording medium 3 by the driving operation history information.
