PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a free access floor capable of joining surely a surface plate part and a reinforcement member without welding. SOLUTION: This panel for the free access floor is provided with the surface plate part 16 constituting a floor face of the free access floor, and the reinforcement member 4 having bottom parts 14a, 14b opposed to the surface plate part 16, formed with a plurality of reinforcing shape parts 8 projected from the bottom part 14b toward the surface plate part 16, and formed with a flange part 14c in an outer circumferential part, and the surface plate part 16 is joined to the reinforcement member 4 by friction stirring junction means.
