PURPOSE: An emergency canceling machine of a snout clamp in a nuclear fuel changer is provided to optimize a power generation environment of a nuclear power plant by make hydraulic pressure normal. CONSTITUTION: A stroke cylinder(120) intakes a medium through a medium supply line. A stroke piston(130) forms a rack along the longitudinal direction and is mounted in the stroke cylinder so that the stroke piston is movable. A pinion is rotated while being engaged with the rack. The rotary shaft(160) is rotatable in the same axle of the pinion. An one-way bearing(150) is interacted by only unidirectional rotation of the pinion and the rotary shaft.
