<p>PURPOSE: A method and kit for determining Korean beef(Hanwoo) is provided to quickly and accurately analyze plural alleles and establish total database. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining Korean beef(Hanwoo) individual comprises: a step of collecting nucleic acid sample to analyze; a step of amplifying PCR using a specific primer; a step of detecting allele through electrophoresis; a step of applying allelic ladder comprising alleles to determine standardized genotype of alleles. The nucleic acid sample is blood or hair root of a Hanwoo. A primer is selected among a primer set comprising sequences of sequence number 1 to 22. A kit for determining Hanwoo individual contains a primer which is specific to nine or more microsatellites selected from TGLA227, BM2113, TGLA53, ETH10, SPS115, RM011, TGLA122, INRA23, BMS4032, ETH225 and BM1824.</p> |
