THE MIXING DEVICE OF FIBER AND SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE: A stirring device of fiber and a synthetic resin are provided to improve the quality of molded products by maintaining the shape of the fiber as the fiber does not directly contact with the screw. CONSTITUTION: A stirring device(10) of fiber and a synthetic resin provides fiber of the regular length and fused synthetic resin. The stirring device mixes the fiber and the synthetic resin while fiber is moved by the screw to one side. The stirring device extrudes the mixed synthetic resin to an injection mold. A fiber supplying unit(100) is located on a flow path of the synthetic resin. The fiber supplying unit uniformly distributes fiber by mixing the fiber and the synthetic resin.
