PURPOSE: An air-conditioner with a multi-directional vent housing is provided to implement uniform indoor cooling and heating even in a high-ceiling place. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a system housing(100), a vent housing(200), and a coupling unit(300). The system housing comprises an inlet, a filter, and a cooling/heating coil. The filter eliminates fine dust from the air sucked into the upper and lower sides of the inlet. The cooling-and-heating coil is installed under the inlet for heat exchange of intake air. The vent housing comprises a plurality of outlets, a motor, a blower fan, and a plurality of nozzles. The motor and the blower fan provide intake air, and the nozzles guide the direction of discharged air and stabilize the air flow. The coupling unit connects the system and discharge housings separate downward from the ceiling.
