PURPOSE: A camera module and a digital image processing device including the same are provided to revise a slope of a housing about an image pickup device and reduce a height deviation of a lens about the image pickup device by using a spacer. CONSTITUTION: An image is inputted through a lens(110) from outside. An image pickup device(120) changes the image inputted through a lens into an electric signal. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(130) mounts the image pickup device. A lens holder(140) is arranged to separate the lens and the image pickup device each other inside, and it is combined with the PCB. A spacer(150) is arranged between a lens holder and the image pickup device. An infrared blocking filter(160) is arranged between the spacer and the image pickup device, and is directly attached to the side facing the lens holder.
