摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming an electrolytic capacitor by laser welding. <P>SOLUTION: A technique for laser-welding an anode lead 34 to an anode terminal 70 of an electrolytic capacitor 30 includes directing a laser beam through one or more refraction elements before the laser beam gets in touch with the lead and the anode terminal. By selectively controlling a refractivity and a thickness of the refraction element, an angle of arranging the refraction element with respect to the laser beam, etc., the laser beam is directed to an accurate welding position without substantially touching any other portion of the capacitor to cause damage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
