PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instruct a drive operation for enhancing fuel efficiency. SOLUTION: For an operation to drive a vehicle, a first area set as an area for displaying a high fuel efficiency operation state and a second area set as an area adjacent to the first area for displaying a low fuel efficiency operation state are displayed so as to be visibly distinguished in one direction with respect to a predetermined reference position. For an operation to brake the vehicle, a third area set as an area for displaying the high fuel efficiency operation state, and a fourth area set as an area adjacent to the third area for displaying the low fuel efficiency operation state are displayed so as to be visibly distinguished in the other direction with respect to the reference position. Expandable display graphics are set in the reference position. For the driving operation and the braking operation, based on the running state of the vehicle according to the operation, a length of the displayed graphics is changed.
