PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to select the best image sensuously even if a user does not have special information or skill to evaluate the best image. SOLUTION: An image processor 1 evaluates an arbitrary reference image among a plurality of sheets which are the objects to be processed, received by a reference image specification part 12, on the basis of a plurality of evaluation references by using a reference image evaluating part 13. A best evaluation basis extraction part 14 extracts an evaluation basis of relatively high evaluation from the evaluation result, an object image evaluating part 15 estimates an object image except the reference image by the extracted valuation basis, and an object image separation part 16 sorts out an object image of arbitrary number of sheets based on the evaluation result.
