<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus for which breakage is suppressed in a key sheet laminated and disposed on a board where electronic components are mounted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile telephone set 1 includes: a front case 2a configuring the outer surface of an operation part side casing 2; an extendible and flexible key sheet 40C; a key board 50 laminated and disposed on the surface side opposite to the side of the front case 2a in the key sheet 40C; a capacitor 55 of a prescribed height mounted on the surface on the side of the key sheet 40C of the key board 50; a resistor 56 disposed in a prescribed range centering on the capacitor 55, whose height is lower than the capacitor 55; a movement suppression part 41 which is a part corresponding to the resistor 56 in the key sheet 40C and for which movement to the side of the key board 50 is suppressed; and an extension deformation suppressing part 42 which is a part corresponding to the part between the capacitor 55 and the resistor 56 on the key sheet 40 and for which extension deformation is suppressed.
