<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact information processing system in which an information processor is operable even when an OS of the information processor is not started. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information processing system 100 is provided with a display device 1 with a touch panel and a personal computer 2. The display device 1 with a touch panel is provided with a display screen 11 and a touch panel 12, and outputs an instruction signal to the personal computer 2. An OSD (on-screen display) image read part 17 reads keyboard image data 161 and displays a keyboard image on the display screen 11.
