WRAPPING MATERIAL AND WRAPPING BAG USING THE SAME

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping material which has straight-cutting properties with a two-layer constitution, and holds excellent gas barrier properties and water vapor barrier properties even after boil treatment and retort treatment are performed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wrapping material is formed by forming a sealant layer with an adhesive on a vapor-deposited surface of a stretched film with the straight-cutting properties having a transparent inorganic compound deposition thin film layer wherein the stretched film is formed of a nylon film; a printing layer is formed; the inorganic compound deposition thin film layer is formed of an aluminum oxide or a silicon oxide; and the sealant layer is formed of a polyolefin film.
