<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous membrane having an excellent permeability and hydrophilicity in a membrane surface and hardly generating fouling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The porous membrane is prepared by heat-induction phase-separation with a crosslinked polyamide resin prepared by reacting a polyamide resin with a crosslinking agent, and the contact angle of the membrane surface against water is 90° or less.
