PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate storage of a pipe lining material L in a pipe lining material storage part 2. SOLUTION: The device includes the pipe lining material storage part 2 having an opening part 23 formed to pass the pipe lining material L; a guide pipe 3 connected to the opening part 23 of the storage part 2 to guide the lining material L to a tip portion 31; an attachment nozzle 4 provided at the tip portion 31 of the guide pipe 3 and to which an opening end portion of the lining material L stored in the storage part 2 is attached in a reversed state; a connection part 7 provided to be interposed between the storage part 2 and the guide pipe 3 to connect the guide pipe 3 in a manner such that is rotatable between a closing position P where the opening part 23 is closed and an open position Q where the opening part 23 is opened; and a fitting mechanism 8 which air-tightly fits the opening part 23 to the guide pipe 3 at the close position P.
