<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deterioration diagnosing device of a lithium secondary battery, which can estimate deposition amount of dendrite deposited inside of the lithium secondary battery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deterioration diagnosing device 100 of the lithium secondary battery has a voltage adjusting means 10, a current detecting means 30, and an estimating means 40. The voltage adjusting means 10 is electrically connected to the lithium secondary battery 70 in parallel, and changes the voltage between the terminals of the lithium secondary battery 70 from a first voltage to a second voltage. The current detecting means 30 detects the current which flows between the lithium secondary battery 70 and the voltage adjusting means 10. Based on the detected electric current, the estimating means 40 estimates the deposition amount of the dendrite deposited inside of the lithium secondary battery 70.
