The braking system is initially detached by operating a mechanism and the brakes are released. A mechanical process such as rotating mechanism on the handle or a lever mechanism is involved for releasing the brakes. The rotating mechanism releases the brakes by rotating the hand and the lever mechanism releases the brakes by pushing a lever. An electrical or electronic mechanism such as switch or button is also provided for releasing the brakes. A slow braking is possible by different gradations in the operation of the mechanism.
