The process for homogeneous distribution of a cellular suspension in a porous carrier material (3) for tissue engineering under using a molded body (1) with a chamber (2) having an opening for receiving the carrier material, comprises introducing the carrier material provided for colonization into the chamber, where a gap for flowing the suspension remains between an inner wall of the chamber and the carrier material in dependent of the viscosity of the suspension to be introduced and the porosity of the carrier material, and injecting the suspension into the chamber. The process for homogeneous distribution of a cellular suspension in a porous carrier material (3) for tissue engineering under using a molded body (1) with a chamber (2) having an opening for receiving the carrier material, comprises introducing the carrier material provided for colonization into the chamber, where a gap for flowing the suspension remains between an inner wall of the chamber and the carrier material in dependent of the viscosity of the suspension to be introduced and the porosity of the carrier material, injecting the suspension into the chamber and/or the carrier material by a channel, compressing the dimensionally stable molding body consisting of an elastic material so long on the longitudinal sides in opposite directions pulsatile by applied force until the suspension is homogenously distributed in the carrier material and the suspended ascending air bubbles indicate a complete ventilation, and obtaining the carrier material with the suspension after hardening the suspension if necessary the carrier material is obtained after separating the molded body with sensitive carrier materials or non-hardened suspension after the adhesion of the cells on a scaffold structure of the carrier material to cultivate it further or to implant directly as a vital biological replacement tissue. The pressure differences and the flows resulting from the pressure differences are varied through the carrier material by the adaptation of the gap size between the inner wall of the molding body and/or chamber wall of the carrier material due to the deformation of the molding body. The mobility of the chamber walls and the resulting pressure- and flow differences are varied by the adaptation of elasticity and consequently the deformation of the molding body. The molding body is varied with respect to the elasticity of the material and the size of the gap, so that complex geometric structures of the carrier material are taken into account with respect to the maximum dimension of the carrier material by increasing the elasticity and/or enlarging the gap to implement larger excursions of the chamber wall and with respect to the excursions of the chamber wall by reducing the elasticity and the gap size in the case of small, fragile part of the carrier material. An independent claim is included for a device for homogeneous distribution of a cellular suspension in a porous carrier material for tissue engineering under using a molded body.
|
