The method for displaying the calling information in the multimedia ring includes the following steps: receiving the call request carrying the indication information from the calling terminal, and judging whether or not to display the specific calling information on the called terminal according to the indication information of the calling terminal. Thereby the problem of transmitting the calling/called information between the PSTN network and the SIP network is solved.
